"I do this because I love it. More than anything, I love the people. I get to sit down with people, spend time with them, hear their stories, and hang out all day. That's really what makes this job special.
I've been tattooing since 2008. Seventeen, maybe eighteen years now, and I still enjoy coming to work every day because it never feels like work. I get to do something I love while connecting with people.
What I love about this community is pretty much everything - the good, the bad, and the ugly. The people here are great. I've tattooed in bigger cities, and this is by far my favorite place to tattoo.
I see a lot of young people come in wanting tattoos that honor their family or represent something meaningful in their lives. I really appreciate that. The choices people make here tend to have a lot of thought behind them, and I enjoy being part of that process.
I like the attitudes of the people here, too. People seem a little more grounded. There's a little more space, a little more time to think, and I think that comes through in the conversations I have and the work I get to create.
I'm a Christian first and foremost. I love my Lord and Savior, and my faith is the most important thing in my life. That's something I try to carry into my business every day.
Tattoo Humanity isn't your typical tattoo shop. It's a family-friendly environment where people can feel comfortable. You're welcome to bring your family, bring your friends, or just stop by and say hi.
At the end of the day, that's what I enjoy most, meeting people, spending time with them, and creating something meaningful together."
