The First Annual Cutest Baby Contest will be held in Melody Square at 101 Sixth Street on Friday, March 12th from 2-5pm and Saturday, March 13th from 10am-2pm. Entrance fee is $20 per child. Only one child per sitting. No sitting fee or additional fees. Each entry will receive an 8X10 portrait and be entered to win the grand prize to be announced on Saturday, March 27th. All entries will be displayed in Melody Square stores from Saturday, March 20th until Friday, March 26th. The public is encouraged to come out and vote for the Cutest Baby. Vote as many times as you want to - every day, 10 times a day....unlimited votes! Send your friends, family and neighbors to vote! The baby with the most votes will win the grand prize which is valued at over $500 in free products and services. There will be only one winner for the 2010 contest. Rules: The baby must be between birth-4 years of age and photo must be taken on Friday, March 12 or Saturday, March 13 at Melody Square by our photographer. Entry form will be completed at time of photo session. First come, first serve. No appointments.
Participating Melody Square stores are: Arlene & Friends, A Baby Celebration, Fine Friends, Melody Stores, Blissful Memories, Sisters Jewelry, William Vance Nichols, Quality Business, For Heaven’s Sake, Curves, Faber Enterprises, The Dancer Shop, and The Fabric Shop.
Voting totals will be posted online as they are verified. Valid votes will be determined by the contest committee. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Employees of Melody Square stores its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. The grand prize winner will be announced at Melody Square on Saturday, March 27th. DO NOT need to be present to win. Must pay entry fee and have photo taken by Saturday, March 13th by our photographer to be eligible. Winner will be acknowledged in print in the Wilkes Journal Patriot after the contest and online at www.DowntownNorthWilkesboro.com.
