We've made a change in venue for the 2nd Annual Battle of the Bands. In light of the recent tragedy on the Gulf Coast, Historic Downtown North Wilkesboro and Tiffany's Place realized that there were a lot of people out there that needed money more than they did. So instead of the usual Battle of the Bands, we have decided to make this event:
BANDing Together:
A Benefit for Katrina Victims
12 rock bands from all over North Carolina are going to perform, in the hopes of gaining financial donations to be given to the Red Cross. This cause is so important, and all admissions will be going to the Red Cross.

And don't worry, the Battle of the Bands will return next year, as usual.
Mark your calendars for October 22, on the Parking Decks of N. Wilkesboro, for the best Rock Concert in Western N. Carolina! And feel good that you've helped the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
