Get ready for the 5th Annual Battle of the Bands! This is North Carolina's premier rock concert,
featuring up to 20 of the best rock bands in the region!
September 20, 2008, on the Parking Decks of North Wilkesboro!
This isn't your average high-school battle. This competition is by invitation only, which means that
we hand-selected the best bands to perform in the region. You're not going to hear a bunch of tin cans
banging around; the bands you see on our stage are likely to be on the fast track to fame!
New for 2008! Come out to see our special guest star,
106.5 DJ Divakar! Divakar will be
emceeing our pro competition.
The event is appropriate for all ages, and is alcohol free. The show starts at 4pm, and the Pro bands go on
stage at 6pm. Everything will wrap up around 11pm, so get ready for a full day of rock! Don't forget to bring
a chair; even the hardest rocker needs to take a break now and then!
